Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
You can shop directly from our online catalog or browse our online website store and add items to your shopping cart using any of the following techniques: Product Categories, the 11-digit Catalog Order Number by clicking on it from the catalog page, Catalog or Site Search, Catalog or Site Quick Order, and My Shopping Lists.

Product Categories
Our online catalog is grouped into 16 Product Categories.  The Product Categories are located at the left side on every page of our website.  Click on any category to access that section of the catalog.  Click on the index mini-view page, and then select the page number of the sub category you would like to access. You can click on any 11-digit catalog order number to get additional product information or simple purchase the product.

Catalog and Website Search
Click the Search button at the top of any website page to search either the online catalog or the website. You may then select Catalog Search to search by Keyword(s) or by the 11-digit Catalog Order Number or search the website by Item Code, Description, or Manufacturer.  Once you find the product, you can add the item(s) to your cart, or click on More Info for detailed information about that product.

Catalog and Website Quick Order
You may Quick Order an item(s) directly from our online catalog or from the website. Click on the Quick Order button at the top of any website page, and then click the Catalog Quick Order button to order by the 11-digit Catalog Order Number or, for Website Quick Order enter the Item Codes on the Quick Order Pad.

• Step 1: Quick Order Instructions
  • Catalog Quick Order: Enter the 11-digit Catalog Order in the Quick Order box. When finished click Go.
  • Website Quick Order: Enter the Item Code or Customer Part Number for Each Item you want to purchase along with quantities on the Quick Order Pad. When finished click Continue button.
• Step 2: Checkout
  The final step in the Quick Order Pad is to Checkout. If any items were not found you will be given the option to retry. When you are finished, click the cart button on the screen to view your cart.

My Shopping Lists
Using our advanced shopping tool, My Shopping Lists will allow you to designate items that you would like to purchase -- but you're not prepared to do so at that moment. While shopping on erindustrial.com, you can add items to My Shopping Lists instead of adding them to your Shopping Cart. The items you add to My Shopping Lists will remain there until you decide to add them to your Shopping Cart, or until you remove the item from your list.

Adding an Item to My Shopping Lists
When shopping erindustrial.com, click move item to shopping list on the Item Detail screen. You can also add an item to your shopping list from your Shopping Cart. When you are viewing the contents of your Shopping Cart, click Move next to each item in your Shopping Cart that you want to add to My Shopping Lists.

Purchasing an Item from My Shopping Lists
To purchase a saved item from My Shopping Lists, click Add to Cart button that appears next to each item saved on your Shopping List. Your selection will move to the Shopping Cart and you are ready to Checkout.

Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of completed order. UPS or FedEx rates will apply.

Shipping Terms
All orders under 150 lbs will be shipped UPS or FedEx ground within the Continental United States unless otherwise specified. Carrier weight, size and zone restrictions will apply.

All items over 150 lbs will ship via truck unless otherwise specified.

All freight charges will be included at the time of shipment. Standard UPS or Trucking rates will apply.

E&R Industrial makes no delivery guarantees other than those specifically offered by the carrier of choice. Damaged or lost shipments for carriers and Truck Shipments will be tracked through carrier. Customers should check orders upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt.

Shortages and damages must be called in to E&R Industrial – Customer Service at 586-795-2400.

All returns must have a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number with return freight pre-paid. Returns for non-stock items are subject to a manufacturers restocking fee if applies. Call customer service for details.
